History George Varney (Bulk Services) Limited has been in the bulk haulage industry for over 35 years.  The company was formed on 9th September 1973 and was originally based at Silverstone.  In the early 1980’s we moved to our present site, which was the original Blue Boar Watford Gap Services located on the A5 at Watford Village, Northampton.  This site is larger and better positioned, with a large build workshop and wash area. In 2006 new offices were built with room to expand our operation as the size of the company continued to grow with help from our present and future valued customers. We are a company who are willing to work closely with our customers to drive our business forward.  We pride ourselves on a high level of service and are a company with many years of experience with our professional team of staff who are always keen to quote for any movement within the UK, however big or small. We are proud to be part of the Fred Sherwood Group of companies, which is a family run business, who can be called upon at anytime for support. We were one of the first independant TASCC registered hauliers in the country and all our drivers are trained to the TASCC and EPIC standards, thus enabling us to move all bulk materials. George Varney (Bulk Services) Limited are a member of the FTA, RHA and the AIC. t f e a 01327 872288 Varneys Yard, Watford Village, Northampton, Northamptonshire.
